To kick off this vital community initiative, community representatives, residents, service providers, volunteers and local agencies are invited to a special morning tea launch event on Thursday 7th August 2025 at 10am, held at the Redcliffe Community Hub, 1 Richens Street, Redcliffe.
The Cancel Loneliness campaign aims to shine a spotlight on the silent epidemic of social isolation affecting people of all ages in the Redcliffe community and beyond. Whether it’s an older resident living alone, a single parent doing it tough, or someone simply feeling disconnected, this campaign is about saying: we see you, and you matter.
Morning Program:
10:00am Start
10:15am Official Welcome & Cancel Loneliness campaign introduction
Band of Brothers office visit for interested parties
